Businesses within Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut run on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans. If you own one of these powerful commercial vehicles, you likely understand the value of staying up-to-date with routine Sprinter service. Like its Mercedes-Benz siblings, the new Sprinter follows the Flexible Service System, which consists of rotating Service A* and Service B* intervals. Look below for more information on Service A and B, and how you can stay on top of upcoming service dates!

We offer convenient service hours throughout the week: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Typically, Service A** is performed after the first 10,000 miles or 1 year of ownership. For Sprinter Vans 2009 model-year and newer, the Service A interval changes to every 20,000 miles or 2 years after the initial visit. So, you can expect to schedule a Service A appointment at 10K, 30K, 50K, 70K miles, etc. During Service A, our Master Certified Technicians take care of the following repairs and maintenance:
Service B** proceeds Service A, and is recommended after the first 20,000 miles or 2 years; it follows that interval for the rest of your Sprinter Van’s life. Once your first Service B visit is completed, you’ll return to an authorized center after 40K, 60K, 80K miles, etc., for ongoing auto care. Service B covers all the repairs and maintenance listed under Service A, but tacks on a cabin dust/combination replacement and brake fluid exchange.
To help you stay ahead of the curve, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans include a service due-date display that tells you which services are needed and in how many days or miles. If you’re due for Service A or B, simply schedule an appointment at our dealership for fast and knowledgeable repairs. After each appointment, a Master Certified Technician will reset the maintenance calculator, so you’re always on schedule for your next service.
*Price advertised for Service A/Service B includes all factory-required components. Please refer to your maintenance booklet for the complete list of factory-required services and details on the specific intervals for your vehicle’s year and model.
